The correct operation and maintenance of vertical machining centers are one of the important factors for the rational application of CNC equipment. Proper practical application can avoid abnormal damage to CNC lathes and prevent sudden defects; Doing a good job in daily maintenance and upkeep can help the machining center maintain a consistent and efficient technical condition, delay the deterioration process, detect and eliminate hidden dangers early, and ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
To extend the service life of CNC equipment, it is generally required to avoid direct sunlight and other radiating heat, and to avoid places that are too humid, have too much smoke and dust, or have corrosive vapors. Careful CNC equipment should avoid machines with large vibrations.
In order to prevent factors such as large instability of switch mode power supply and possible momentary disturbance of data signals, CNC equipment generally adopts dedicated transportation power supply systems (such as separating from the low-voltage distribution room and supplying to the machining center by one person) or adds voltage stabilizing equipment, which can reduce the impact of power supply quality on electrical equipment disturbance.
At the application and processing level of machining centers, a series of practical and public beneficial operating procedures should be formulated. For example, lubrication, maintenance, reasonable utilization, and standardized handover rules are key specific contents for the application and solution of CNC equipment. Formulating and following operating procedures is one of the important methods to ensure the safety of CNC equipment. Practical experience has shown that many shortcomings can be reduced by following operating procedures.
The purchased equipment should be fully utilized in the future, especially in the first year of investment, so that any shortcomings in the equipment can be exposed as soon as possible and cleaned up during the warranty period. During the machining process, try to avoid the opening and closing of the spindle bearings of the machining center as much as possible to reduce damage to instruments such as clutch and transmission gears. After there are no production and processing tasks, the machining center also needs to be plugged in on time. It is better to plug in 1-2 times a week, and work idle for more than 1 hour each time, in order to use the heat value of the CNC lathe to reduce the environmental humidity of the equipment, so that electronic components do not get damp. At the same time, it can also detect any battery capacity shortage alarms early to prevent the management system from setting parameters to be discarded.
