Proper maintenance and upkeep of machining centers is one of the important factors for the rational application of CNC equipment. Reasonable operation and application can avoid damage to CNC lathes and prevent sudden defects; Doing a good job in daily maintenance and upkeep can maintain the technical condition of equipment with high efficiency, delay the deterioration process, detect and eliminate hidden dangers early, and then ensure safe operation.
In order to prevent factors such as large fluctuations in the stability of switch mode power supplies and potential momentary disturbance of data signals, CNC equipment generally adopts dedicated transportation power supply systems (such as dividing the low-voltage distribution room into a single person for equipment application or adding voltage stabilizing equipment, etc.), which can reduce the impact of power supply quality on electrical equipment disturbance.
At the application and processing level of machining centers, a series of practical and public beneficial operating procedures should be formulated. For example, lubrication, maintenance, reasonable utilization, and standardized handover rules are key specific contents for the application and solution of CNC equipment. Formulating and following operating procedures is one of the important methods to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
In the future, the selection and processing center should be fully utilized, especially in the first year of capital investment, so that the shortcomings of the simple defects can be exposed as soon as possible and cleaned up during the warranty period. During the machining process, avoid opening and closing the spindle bearings of the machining center to reduce damage to instruments such as clutch and transmission gears. After there are no production and processing tasks, it is necessary to plug in power on time. It is better to plug in power 1-2 times a week, and work idle for more than 1 hour each time, in order to use the heat value of the CNC lathe to reduce the environmental humidity of the equipment, so that electronic components do not get damp. At the same time, it can also issue an alarm for insufficient battery capacity in the existing system to prevent the loss of management system parameters.
